زمینه و هدف: سایکوز حاد یکی از اختلالات روانی پیچیده و جدی است که با تغییرات عمده در تفکر، احساس و رفتار فرد مشخص میشود. این اختلال میتواند به شدت بر کیفیت زندگی فرد تأثیر بگذارد و توانایی او در انجام فعالیتهای روزمره را مختل کند. سایکوز حاد معمولاً با علائمی مانند هذیانها، توهمات و اختلالات عاطفی همراه است که نه تنها بر فرد بلکه بر خانواده و جامعه او نیز تأثیر میگذارد.
روش: جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل تمامی بیماران سایکوز حاد در شفاخانه حوزوی هرات در سال ۱۴۰۳ میباشد. ارقام و مواد تحقیق به شیوههای مختلف از کتاب راجستر بیماران داخل بستر، دوسیه بیماران و راپور HMIS گردآوری شده است. از میان بیماران مذکور، تعداد 374 مریض به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. این تحقیق از نوع توصیفی با رویکرد کمی و بهصورت گذشتهنگر طراحی گردیده است.
یافتهها: در سرویس صحت روانی، ۳۷۴ مورد سایکوز حاد ثبت شده که معادل ۵% از کل موارد است. گروه سنی ۱۸ الی ۳۴ سال با ۲۶۱ مورد (۷۰%)، بالاترین تعداد بیماران را تشکیل میدهد. از نظر علل بروز، ۲۰۰ مورد معادل ۵۴%، سایکوز ناشی از اختلالات روانی و ۱۰۰ مورد ۲۷% ناشی از مصرف مواد مخدر است. در جنسیت، ۲۱۰ مورد، حدود ۵۶% مرد و ۱۶۴ مورد (۴۴%) زن هستند. اکثریت بیماران متاهلاند با ۲۹۴ مورد معادل ۷۹%. از نظر شغل، ۱۵۰ مورد (۴۰%) بیکار بودند و ۱۲۰ مورد (۳۲%) شغل آزاد داشتند.
نتیجهگیری: تأثیرات قابل توجه عوامل روانی و اجتماعی بر سلامت بیماران مبتلا به سایکوز حاد داخل بستر است. بیکاری و فشارهای اقتصادی بهعنوان عوامل خطر اصلی شناسایی شدند که نیاز به مداخلات فوری را نمایان میسازند. همچنین، شیوع بالای اختلالات اضطرابی و افسردگی در بین بیماران نشاندهنده اهمیت توجه به سلامت روانی در این جمعیت است. مدت زمان بروز علایم و شدت آنها نیز بهوضوح تأثیر شرایط زندگی و روانی بیماران را منعکس میکند.
